These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and cr999 governing your use of the cr999.club platform, including all gaming, betting, payment, and account services. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.

All cr999 account holders must be 21 years of age or older. Age is verified at registration. Underage accounts are closed immediately and any balance forfeited.
Each individual may hold only one cr999 account. Duplicate accounts result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Specific multipliers and eligible games are stated in each individual promotion's terms.
cr999 transacts exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or direct bank transfer.
Exploitation of software errors, use of automated betting tools, collusion, or any form of fraudulent play is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
Players have the right to set deposit limits, loss limits, session time caps, and request self-exclusion at any time. cr999 will action all responsible gaming requests immediately.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned below unless the context requires otherwise:
By registering an Account on cr999.club, accessing any page of the Platform, or placing a Wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any supplementary policies published on the Platform, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific terms.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.
cr999 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the registered mobile number or on-platform notification prior to taking effect.
To register and maintain an Account on cr999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
Registration requires a valid Pakistani mobile number (Ufone, Jazz, Telenor, Zong, or other registered Pakistani operator). Each mobile number may be associated with only one cr999 Account. Players from Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad, Islamabad, and all other cities across Pakistan are welcome, subject to meeting all eligibility requirements.
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player may hold only one Account on the Platform at any given time. The operation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. cr999 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and permanently forfeit any balances therein.
4.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. cr999 will never ask for your password via chat, email, or SMS. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorised by you. Notify cr999 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
4.3 Account Accuracy. You must ensure that all personal information associated with your Account — including mobile number, full name, and payment details — is accurate and current. cr999 bears no liability for errors arising from outdated or incorrect account information provided by the Player.
4.4 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. cr999 may apply an administrative maintenance fee of Rs 100 per month to dormant accounts after notifying the registered mobile number. Account balances will not be reduced below zero as a result of dormancy fees.
4.5 Account Closure by Player. Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting cr999 customer support. Any outstanding Real Money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing procedures and applicable KYC requirements having been satisfied.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. cr999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and direct bank transfer. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit is Rs 200. cr999 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds with notice to Players.
5.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum single withdrawal is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. cr999 targets withdrawal processing within fifteen (15) minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transfers under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day. These timelines are targets and not contractual guarantees; exceptional circumstances, technical issues, or KYC requirements may extend processing times.
5.5 Withdrawal of Winnings. cr999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed Rs 50,000 in a single transaction or Rs 200,000 in any rolling thirty-day period. Such checks may include source-of-funds documentation.
5.6 Payment Method Consistency. Withdrawals must generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by cr999 in writing. This policy is designed to prevent money laundering and protect Player accounts.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers provided by cr999 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., a 10x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 10,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted).
6.3 Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino table games, sports betting, and certain slot titles may contribute at reduced rates. Full contribution tables are published within each promotion's specific terms.
6.4 Bonus Expiry. Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire fourteen (14) days from the date the bonus is credited. Unused Bonus Funds are forfeited upon expiry and will not be reinstated.
6.5 Abuse Prevention. cr999 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus in cases where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk wagers solely to satisfy wagering requirements, using multiple Accounts to claim a promotion more than once, or exploiting technical errors to generate illegitimate bonus credits.
6.6 One Bonus at a Time. Unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise, Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus remains unsettled may result in the forfeiture of the prior bonus.
7.1 Game Integrity. All casino games available on cr999 — including slots, live dealer games, RNG table games, and card games such as Teen Patti, Nine, and Callbreak — operate using certified random number generation or professionally trained live dealers. Game outcomes are determined independently of any factors within cr999's direct control.
7.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or connectivity disruption that causes a game round to be incomplete or to produce an erroneous result, cr999 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. cr999's determination of a malfunction shall be final.
7.3 Connection Responsibility. Players are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection during gameplay. cr999 is not liable for losses arising from connection interruptions on the Player's side, including those attributable to Pakistani mobile network coverage variability.
7.4 Maximum Win Limits. Individual games may be subject to maximum win caps. Where applicable, these caps are displayed within the game interface or game information panel. Amounts exceeding applicable maximum win limits are not payable.
7.5 Game Results Final. Once a game round is completed and a result displayed, that result is final. cr999 does not alter or reverse completed game results except in the case of a verified technical malfunction as described in clause 7.2.
8.1 Odds. All odds displayed on cr999's sports betting section are subject to change up to the moment a wager is confirmed. Once a wager is accepted and confirmed by the system, the stated odds are locked and will not be altered.
8.2 Bet Settlement. Bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for Pakistan Cricket Board matches, PSL official results for PSL fixtures). cr999 reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation of results where a result is disputed or subject to investigation.
8.3 Abandoned and Postponed Events. If a sporting event is abandoned before completion, cr999 will follow standard industry practices for bet settlement, which may include voiding bets and returning stakes or settling based on results at the point of abandonment, depending on the sport and market type. Specific rules per sport are available in the sportsbook help section.
8.4 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) bets may be suspended or restricted at cr999's discretion at any time during an event. cr999 accepts no liability for inability to place in-play bets due to suspension of the relevant market.
8.5 Maximum Payout. Sports betting winnings are subject to a maximum single-event payout of Rs 5,000,000 (five million PKR) unless stated otherwise for a specific market. Winnings exceeding this threshold will be paid up to the maximum limit only.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cr999 Platform. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

10.1 Player-Initiated Controls. All Players may access the following responsible gaming tools from their Account dashboard at any time, free of charge:
10.2 Limit Increases. Any request to increase a previously set deposit or loss limit will be subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Limit reductions take effect immediately.
10.3 Self-Exclusion. Once a self-exclusion has been applied, it cannot be reversed before the specified period has elapsed. cr999 will use all reasonable technical means to prevent a self-excluded Player from accessing the Platform during the exclusion period.
10.4 Underage Protection. cr999 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years. Players who believe a minor has accessed their Account must contact cr999 immediately. cr999 recommends the use of parental control software on shared devices.
All content on the cr999 Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, domain names, and the cr999 brand identity — is owned by or licensed to cr999 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit any reproduction, modification, distribution, public display, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content or software without cr999's prior written consent.
The cr999 name, logo, and associated marks are registered trademarks. Any unauthorised use of these marks — including in promotional material, social media, or domain names — will be pursued under applicable trademark law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cr999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
cr999's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of Real Money deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit cr999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13.1 Termination by cr999. cr999 may suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
13.2 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure, any Real Money balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC verification, except where the Account has been closed due to prohibited conduct or fraud, in which case balances may be forfeited and/or held pending investigation.
13.3 Survival. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 9 (Prohibited Conduct), 11 (Intellectual Property), and 12 (Limitation of Liability) — shall continue in full force following Account closure.
cr999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — affecting Player rights, payment terms, or game rules in a significant way — cr999 will provide advance notice via the Platform and/or the Player's registered mobile number at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.
For minor clarifications, typographical corrections, or non-material updates, amendments may take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the cr999 Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you should discontinue use of the Platform and close your Account before the changes take effect.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cr999 is licensed to operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.1 Internal Complaints. In the event of any dispute, Players should first contact cr999 customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. cr999 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.
15.2 Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through cr999's internal complaints process, Players may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority under cr999's operating licence. Details of the applicable regulatory body are available from cr999 support on request.
15.3 No Class Actions. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis. Players waive any right to bring claims as a member of a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.
